Customer Service – Albania

Rudest customer service in the World. It forces me to consider Qatar Air even thou we prefer spending time in Turkey. Shame the customer service not in Turkey. Turkish air is a good company but if you have an issue you need addressed good luck on the phone with Albania. Just the wors User's recommendation: Book other airlines.
