I have called Zara to asked a question on how to get in touch with a store since when I call no one answers the phone. She gave me another number and when I told her I tried that number and no one answers, she was puzzled and insisted that someone will answer, I told her to try and she hung up on me. Really bas customer service all around User's recommendation: Really bad customer service. Read all the comments first before trying to get an answer.
