Customer 3 years, phones died twice, terrible service

Conceptually, the phone system is great. Unfortunately you have to use their phones “yealink” brand and they die just after their warranty expires. So have fun paying for service and new phones. Call centers are in India. Just very disconnected. Takes forever to get problem in their cue. Company is bad bad bad. I switched to Verizon business as my cell experience has been stellar for over 10 years. Now we get a Simple office phone system for a fraction of what I was paying ring central and its as reliable as the Verizon lte network (amazing!)
