Contracted Impact Printers to print out two manuals, with spiral binding. Impact Printers emailed me several days later to tell me that they couldn't spiral bind as the manual was too thick for their machine. I phoned and talked to the person who emailed me and told him I was interested in getting the manual in two volumes, and to cancel the order and refund my money. I ordered an original manual online, and later the salesman phoned me to tell me they could outsource the binding. I told him it was too late, as I had already made other arrangements for the manual. Impact Printers refused to refund my deposit, so I was forced to file a fraud claim with the credit card company to get my deposit back. Avoid this company at all costs! Especially Todd Howe, the salesman is a crook.
