Customers should know that even if things are considered "total loss" like gaming systems, Switches, computers ETC. you can keep these items if they still work. There's a few girls there that will snag that before you are told you can have them and go through and sell them off to people. They also frequently speak badly about customers and management in front of customers. EXTREMELY unprofessional in my opinion. I'd be checking the offer up in WA state if you would like those items back. User's recommendation: Use another company or keep the expensive stuff if you can get it before they get there.
