cust care is not responding no value for the cust, mostly the tellecaller extcative have no proper knowledege And they do not respond us nicely, we knw more thn them abt IT, they must get good knwledge of IT, only the girls staff are not responding to cust nd if they dont knw abt it they disconn the call
