I am currently standing and sitting outside of Starz Hotel in Saint Thomas, VI. As soon as you go into the room, the room is HOT and smell like MOLD and look a mess. I called Snaptravel to resolve my issue, the only thing they could tell me as the front desk denied my room change and even told me I could not get a refund back. This is very inhuman and we do not know anybody here. This is so not fair and is very emotional. I wish to God I had someone of will power to help me out with this situation. NEVER go through Snaptravel nor should you rent while in VI (Starz Hotel). Thank You for allowing me to vent. User's recommendation: Do not ever rent through Snaptravel.
