On April 25, 2021, I placed a curbside pickup order using the Panera app. I received a confirmation that my order would be ready shortly, so I headed to CAFE #[protected] Ellis Road Fayetteville, GA 30214. After waiting in the parking lot for about 20 minutes, a Panera employee came to my car window and asked what I was waiting on. I gave her my information and she went back into the cafe. I waited another 20 minutes and my order was not delivered nor did anyone come out to let me know there was a problem. I have been a regular customer, but am now hesitant to use this cafe again.
