Cuisinart is unresponsive and now umreachableunreachable

Bought a food processor from Cuisinart through Amazon and it never worked well and after several uses stopped all together. Called the number provided by Amazon and Cuisinart said they would send me a shipping label to return my processor for repairs. They never did. After several weeks, I called again Second call,they made the same promise. When I asked why I hadn't received the label, I was told "I have no idea. " On subsequent calls,no one answered. I have emailed customer service, no response. This was been going on since the autumn of 2020. It is now April 2021. User's recommendation: Cuisinart is not what it used to be, product or service. Buy elsewhere.
