I moved in early spring, the amount of dog *** on sidewalks and in front of building was unbelievable! It started to get cleaned up and then Sincery left and we are stuck with Erica. Nothing gets done, you never see her picking-up trash or dog ***. My patio door and windows still haven't been replaced, they aren't sealed and I can't even see out my door. So I am forced to hang to hang blankets over my door and windows. If your not a friend of Erica and you hold her accountable you are out of luck for repairs. Gutters are over flowing, it's a mess here. Recommend, DO NOT RENT HERE!
