Right after launching our Kickstarter campaign we were contacted by William Henry from Crowd PR. He boasted about their prior success and how they were the best agency out there. We could've used the help so we hired them the next day after discussing with our team. He said they charged $3000 per campaign but was able to accept a $1500 'down payment' on the services. After we sent the money it was all downhill from there. The company just ghosted on us from that point and we sent several emails trying to get an update before they eventually just started berating us and our company that our product was useless and we were *** who shouldn't be entrepreneurs. Just a disgusting experience overall, a hit and run where they stole our money and didn't deliver on a single thing. After the sales pitch they were gone. Don't waste your time or your money and avoid these crooks.
