hello, i buyed some books from crossword on 27/07/11,they were not having the books so i ask them to return my amount they took one month to return it ,and returned the amount on 28/08/11 but again on 5/09/11 they took the amount from bank account with my permission ,is this right,this people are hackers , after this i didnt keep money in this account and due to this now i need to pay the charges to the bank also this is bad system and very bad staff,nobody is that qulified to solve the things ,bastards no other word for them
