Cross Country Home Services is one of the worst companies to work with

We purchased the home warranty through our mortgage company. We've had to contact them twice in three years. Both times they refused the pay for the services that we contracted for. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. The first time our air conditioning while it was 117 degrees. They contacted a service rep 85 miles from our home. The service rep couldn't get to our place for several days. The Cross Country refuse to pay for a local rep. We couldn't go that long in the h *** igh temperatures so we paid for our own service rep. We just had a service rep try to repair our dishwasher. At first Cross Country approved the parts. Then a second person changed the authorization. So here again, we are stuck with the repair bill after paying the premium. Don't use this company. They are not reputable.
