Critical illness policy rejected

1

I was diagnosed with CLL back in 2010 and until 2018 I do not have any symptoms requiring treatment . To the best of my knowledge they cannot consider this as pre-existing and yet they denied me what I have coming . According to their own website pre-existing only applies to six months prior to the effective date of your insurance . I was told this policy January 1 of 2017 . Therefore I will be talking to an attorney because this is out and out illegal on their part . Typical insurance company takes your money every month that pays out nothing
