I recently learned today that all Movie Stop locations are closing parent company is Go Hastings. I had about $61.00 in credits of which $30.00 or $35.00 was for dvd's on reserve. I was denied any refunds was told I had to use credits for movies or merchandise. I ended up getting a $70.00 item some discount taken off. I wanted at least my cash spent on reserves ,trade in values remaining wasn't the issue. Anyone doing business with Go Hastings or any of it's businesses need to steer clear of any of it or their companies ! Very very poor business / customer service company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
