I had a total loss on my vehicle and my gap insurance is in process of paying the remaining balance of the vehicle off and regional acceptance is aware of this and we were waiting on THEIR RESPONCE .. regional didn't send all supporting documents to the gap insurance . (reason for the delay ) and are still reporting me negative on my account to the credit bureaus which has brought my credit down 40 points! this is unacceptable !!!
