The internet was down and they wouldn't accept any coupons without coupon code. I had to spend more money for less product and didn't even get an apology. I am a frequent customer and have 5 children that come there with me. The manager is not a nice man and has been very rude to me several times in the past including this last visit. There are several other options in town that l can take my kids to but l still take them to Chuck E. Cheese because my youngest very much enjoyed it there. I also didn't receive credit for my visit on top of the horrible customer service. Extremely Dissatisfied all the way around! Also Chuck E. Was supposed to come out every 30 minutes for a dance and ticket splash. We saw him once in a four hour visit. He came out threw tickets at the kids and went back to his closet. Disappointed, dissatisfied,angry and this situation needs to be ratified immediately!! Thank you and have a good day. Erlene Pope 192********.
