I received a call this morng by a girl named Azura from hongleong service call.. she called to confirm my termination.. i told her i want to cancel right now because i dont want to use that card anymore.. i made my statement very clear already BUT she refused to help me to cancel.. she said something regarding to thr card activation and reserve for what i dont know and her voice so low that i cant hear her.. She even asked me to call back after 1 year only then can fully cancel.. do you think i can still remember to call back after one year??? Ridiculous!! And her explanation was so confusing, she cant answer my questions well.. i hope this is nothing to do with hongleong trainers qualities.. pls find a experinces caller for hongleong service call.. this will affect directly to your company image..
