I called a couple weeks ago maybe even a month ago, and I was suppose to be sent a card to make payments so it wouldnt affect my credit score! the women representative had to do some changes to my account and-she said I should receive it a week. I never received any card, but A statement document but not the actual card! I have no access to use or even pay and its affecting my life and Ive asked and called numerous times to resolve this.
