New Romans credit card says "Invalid" on the websites checkout. 6 different customer service people said there was no issue with the card, asked if I was sure I was I was on Romans website or if I was sure I was using the Romans credit card and not another card. Each one told me that there was no issue with my card and asked if they could help me with anything further. SMH! Terrible customer service and I still cannot use my crd. User's recommendation: Dont Bother; Buy From Someplace Else.
