Credit card fraud/customer service

There was credit card fraud on my account. I tried for weeks to speak with someone to report it and the customer service # would just hang up. I reached the vendor who said contact the credit card company. When I finally was able to speak with someone after 3 weeks they just charged it to me saying, well the vendor said it was you. This was a commercial account not a personal credit card. I paid it and closed my account then they sent me to collections. IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS OWNER DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.. BE WARNED. User's recommendation: DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE.
