CHARGED BY THESE THIEVES: $33 for 1 minute that never went through $40 for 5 minutes that we DID SPEAK OUTRAGEOUS Resolve from reaching out to customer service. I only spoke to my son 1 time out of numerous attempts to phone me that hour. CALLED WIMACTEL AND THEY ARE UNWILLING TO DROP $33 CHARGE ( my son tried 6 times to call and I accepted, but they don't see that in their records.) COMPLAIN TO FCC AND MY CREDIT UNION!
