I have purchased multiple motor kits 2 stroke and 4 stroke from this company I have had parts missing that go to pistons I have had multiple problems with pull starts I have had rusty parts I have had broken parts Maybe I'm just the only one out of the world that this is happening to multiple times or on the only 1 that's gonna say some so nobody else has the same problem ideal and when you call customer service is a joke they state you on the phone that things are in warranty like this but they are not written in their warranties that's just what they want to do and how they troubleshoot the company is a rip off User's recommendation: No go 2 amazon.
