COVID

My husband came through the skyline drive-thru in Eastgate Ohio to pick up food for my grandma that is sick with COVID. The food was not made right and it was cold. I spoke with my manager and after I made him aware of the fact that my food was not correct he said to bring it back and he would remake it. I made him aware of the fact that my grandma had COVID and he still insisted that I bring the food back and he would just throw it away. Which is putting him, his employees, customers and myself in danger of getting COVID. I have this all on recording. He was very rude and disrespectful. And had no concern for himself employees or his costumers. I would like to discuss this issue with someone. I feel that this is a VERY serious issue. Thank you.
