I had the COVID vaccine at Walgreens at 9976 Jefferson Ave. Newport News. First vaccine was on 8/28/21. I made an 11 am appt. I had to wait over an hour to be seen. I made my second vaccine on 9/18/21 at 11 am and I had to wait an hour and 20 mins. On both visits the clerk never asked me for any information until I asked why it was taking so long; 35 min wait; then they processed the paper work I originally submitted at 10:45 am. I again had to ask about the delay at 11:45 and I watched the clerk process additional information. The person who provided my vaccine on 8/28 was neat and clean and organized. she didn't hurt me when she injected me. The person who provided my second vaccine on 9/18/21 was sloppy, sweaty, clothes appeared dirty, she hurt me when she injected me.
