this business, has very bad business ethics. they are merely a cover for thieves. they pay out very little, and it is only the thieves that accept that offer, to get rid of evidence. they don't tell you if you have a gem in the jewerly that may be worth more than the gold. they get to pocket that. it is a crime in knoxville to let them do business. they don't even describe on the receipts the jewerly that was taken. that protects the thief.
