Cover For my SPA

I bought a cover for my SPA on October 26, 2018 from Stonewood Manufacturing, LLC located in Tampa Florida. The cover was delivered December 4, 2018. I sent an email to the vender, Kevin Edwards at Stonewood Manufacturing telling him my SPA was ready for the winter i.e. empty, no water in it. We had rain. I went to check on the cover on December 13 after we had rain. NOW I HAVE WATER INSIDE THE SPA. I told Kevin Edwards his cover is not waterproof. The inside of the cover is all wet. I mentioned the reason I needed a new cover for my SPA it was because my old six year old cover was not waterproof any longer. IF I NEEDED A POROUS/PERMEABLE/LEAKY COVER, I JUST NEEDED TO KEEP MY OLD ONE. Kevin Edwards told me to contact the manufacturer Prestige Spa Covers. I told him: he was the one WHO SOLD ME THE COVER. He was the one who NEEDED TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER BECAUSE HE WAS THE ONE WHO HAS THE CONTRACT WITH THEM. I told him to please feel free to contact Prestige Spa Covers but he still has to give me my money back. I bought a cover from Stonewood Manufacturing not from Prestige SPA Covers. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THEY WERE SELLING A POROUS COVER. Because I do not need a porous one and I don’t know anybody who wants one? I opened a complaint with BBB on December 14, 2018 (Case # 6741****) thinking BBB will help me solve this issue with Stonewood Manufacturing. I do not know what’s the use of BBB because the only thing they did is provide they exchange of email between Kevin Edwards and me and BBB closed the case on 01/18/19 without saying a word. I should work for them because it is the only thing they do , an exchange of email. IN ADDITION, I had specified a certain number of inches the attachment on the cover should be (I do not remember the number of inches I had specified) but it can be verified on the order. The attachments on the covers were placed at 21 inches on the cover and I am 100% sure I DID NOT REQUEST 21 INCHES. I did ask Kevin Edwards HOW MANY unnecessary HOLES DOES HE YOU THINK I WANT ON MY SPA. What I want is my money back but the company is not responding to any email any longer. Now my only recourse is the attorney General of my state.
