My parcel tracking number PL657253727489 purchased from Shopee still yet to be received from 5th June until today 10th June 2021. The parcel arrived pos laju Sungai Petani then went to Pos Laju Alor Setar and return to Pos Laju Sungai Petani back. What is the problem and why cannot courier my parcel until today? Please advise as this is an urgent parcel.
