Dear sir, I have sent courier no m29347711 from mumbai to delhi on 21.01.2015 at 11:00 am. I have been promised that the courier will be delivered in 48 hours. However, the courier has not been delivered till now. The courier contains important documents, which must be delivered by 4:00 pm today. Your customer care executives are not able to tell status of courier. I have been following up with your customer care executives since morning. They are telling that server is down so they can not do anything. Sms tracking is not working. Website is also not able to track. Please look into the issue and ensure that courier is delivered by 4:00 pm today. Otherwise, the matter will be taken to consumer court for the loss caused to me due to late delivery of courier.
