Did not have trash pickup for 10 weeks, after paying for 3 months of pickup. They shut off their phone, would not answer emails or regular mail. Then they have a pickup truck drive around picking up trash cans. Then telling customers that they want their trash can back. Will not give refunds, says it's the customer's responsibility to dispose of trash if they decide not to pick up. Very poor
