I purchased what was supposed to be a Samsung Galaxy S30 and found out from Samsung Electronics Corporation that the phone I purchased was COUNTERFEIT. I immediately contacted wish support through the app and had to wait 3 days to get an automated response. I sent the information and pictures requested, and had to wait another 3 days to get another automated response that in no way was helpful. I've filed a complaint with the better business bureau, and now I'm here to WARN ALL. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ELECTRONICS FROM WISH.COM!!!
