Couldn’t find a parts list for my broken saw

Saw broke, couldn't find replacement parts. Got hold of Kobalt Customer Service. They explained they don't have parts for this saw (except some accessories), said the saw was still under its limited 3-year warranty, and agreed to replace it. I had no trouble making the exchange at Lowe's. Good customer service. I'm happy. User's recommendation: Be sure to contact Kobalt Customer Service to see if your issue can be resolved.
