Could not verify my identity!!??!! WTF??

I had already financed two drones through Bread, both of them paid off quickly and early with the idea that this would help my credit and build a relationship with Bread for future financing. But before finishing off the 2nd loan, I was approved for a THIRD loan for another drone. I found a drone I really wanted to get and I had about one-quarter of the 3rd loan paid and applied for a fourth loan, which WAS APPROVED (automatic approval by a computer program). Then a few days later I find out that my fourth loan was no longer approved, but retracted. Their reason? They could not verify my identity. I jumped through their hoops of sending my photo ID, gave them all the info I could to prove I am me. I even contacted the credit bureaus and they could not find an issue with my identity. In fact, I even been approved for one or two low limit credit cards. I too, called several times to find out the status of my loan to be constantly told the same thing. I asked for supervisors and would be told they are busy and would return my call. That NEVER happened. Today, I tried again and was finally able to get a supervisor on the phone. They are holding their ground on not being able to verify my identity. I told them that I still have about half of loan #3 to pay... I’m thinking if they can’t verify my identity halfway into a third loan with them, then who’s to say I even have a 3rd loan? They sure are accepting my money from my bank for payment. This supervisor nearly went to the point of accusing me of identity fraud by stating that if I did not repay the loan that’s in the name that has been used, then it would be sent to collections! I called her on using the term “the name that has been used” and proceeded to inform her that I will go to any site I can to inform other consumers of their dishonest business practices, make a complaint with the BBB and so on and then hung up.
