I needed to cancel my debit and went on to the internet version of bank to do it. After endless prompts, automated responses, and clumsy help advice from the chat bot of the bank, I managed to find how to process the cancellation and submitted my request. No luck! They just say “the operation cannot be performed this time. Please try again later.” No treason for that as I did everything right and exactly how the FAQ section advised.
