I didn't want the $100+ prescription. It overdrew my account, left me short of fund (I am social security, only, and still pay rent). I didn't see an opt-out after the trial sign-up, probably my error. What a nightmare. I love the product, but could never have intentionally signed up due to my financial situation. User's recommendation: I could never reach anyone or get a response to my early call for assistance.
