Hatch Green Chilies, I assume that certain store managers are ignorant of how Chilies are roasted and chilled so that the peals come right off. I can just see manager with no experience having even less experienced employees Roast Green Chilies. I purchased some, they had been warmed but not Roasted and Chilled. I got my money back. User's recommendation: If your going to Roast Chilies do it right or not at all.
