Costumer Service Failure
Dear Sir/Madam, I would like very much to forward to a manager the answers I got from your company's costumer service regarding my refund for the tickets I bought via your company. The flight was cancelled BY THE AIRLINE and I still get answers that violate my client/consumer rights and I am treated like a fool. You should know that I've contacted the airline (SWISS) my self and I received an email from them clearly stating that I was entitled to full refund. I'm happy to provide any information you need from me I just want my money back I as soon as possible. Thank you, GABOR EDITH MINODORA
