I called Costco at 4:15 p.m. on the 4th of June it is almost 8:00 p.m. and I still didn't get on with them they put me on hold for that whole time I just hung up now I'm rewriting this report the same with American airlines they were rude I made reservations to fly out on June 30th I called to make my payment for my ticket and they put me on hold from 3:00 till almost 5:00 I am so fed up with this being on hold for hours just to pay for a freaking ticket
