Hello and Good Day , I was recently having trouble with my Google Maps and the screen blacking out or going back to its original start up state - I took it into the Dealership in Longmont Colorado and they stated it was a "software update" . I am a bit perplexed as this update was 310.00. I could see if the program itself needed to be changed however - just as a computer if your changing programs you pay to change the "program" not "update" the software. I would like to know if I can kindly have this cost reimbursed as - this should have been a customer recall of some sort for consumer's to bring their vehicles back in and have this suggested maintenance.
