The Canada Revenue agency fails too hold its staff accountable. Managers prefer to hide staff wrong doing and not address it. Many of these agents are friends and are afraid of true management. Often their sole concern is a minuscule pension. Complaints are addressed within the organization and are rarely reviewed. The staff are often not trained properly or believe they can get away with murder without consequence. In most cases, this is true. Senior agents will not even hear you out. They hide staff wrong doing. Some agents follow the rules and are honest. MANY are not and could care less of the rules.
