I went into your Fenton, MI store last week in order to return an item and shop around. I walked into the store and went to the register. The girl processed my return, then advised me that if I wanted to shop around I would need to put on a mask, she then held out a box of masks. I advised her that I was exempt from wearing masks due to a medical condition. She told me that it didn't matter, that anyone entering the store needed to wear a mask. Wait I had already entered the store. I was allowed to do a transaction without a mask, at the register which is in the middle of the store. Now I'm being told in order to stay and shop I needed to put the mask on. I refused. I advised her that executive orders are not laws. I have shopped in that same store in the last few months and others in my area and have never been told that I had to wear a mask. Why now? I am writing to let you know that I am very upset the way I was treated in the store. You can't force a person with a medical condition to wear a mask in order to shop in your store. Because of the way I was treated in the store, I will be canceling my credit card with your company and I will no longer do business with your company. User's recommendation: Masks are Required in order to Shop in their stores.
