Corporate managements – poor service

First of all, The CEO/Founder seems don’t care the members. I have repeated request to put several Signs in the Pool area to make sure people take shower before going to the pool. Somehow some people have no common sense & just jump to the pool with sticky odors. The pool water is dirty & murky. I literally have to keep telling people while I am going to swim. In fact, the teacher who teaches swimming class in the afternoon don’t follow proper hygiene. I had filed a complained to health services. The corporate phone line is disconnected... what kind of business without a corporate customer service.
