Placed a pre-order for an item. I noticed that on the pre-order fulfillment date that my items were still being processed. I contacted Corporate two times regarding the issue and they assured me that my item would be to me by the end of the week. Okay, I give it until the end of the week. No item and order still "being processed." I called and the Corporate customer service person told me that my order was canceled - apparently the processing took so long that my credit card company canceled the transaction.The customer service person indicated that the item was now in stock so I re-ordered it. Three days later and the order is still "being processed." I found the item in store, bought, and expedited the item to me with the help of Store staff. So laughable. I called Corporate to cancel the second unfulfilled order and, nope, cannot do that once an order has been made.... I hung up on her. I will settle it later because talking to those folks is a waste of time.
