Cornerstone glow

After two weeks of having the cornerstone glow one speaker just stopped working. I've contacted you guys and never received a phone call. If you would please give me a call back at 314-601-****.I need to either send this back and receive a new one or take it somewhere so it can get fixed. I paid too much money for it to stop working within 2 weeks please give me a call. Craig
