This is one company you definitely want to avoid. The other complaints on this website agree with mine in terms of the arrogant tone and deceptive business practices of this company. I ordered nearly $800- worth of lighting for my kitchen from this company. Fortunately, most of it turned out to be OK, but don't believe their lies about low prices--NOT TRUE--given shipping and the hassles in purchasing with their required fax system. However, in my purchase, they sent me the wrong light bulbs, a defective recessed fixture, and some broken recessed fixture trim. The company would do nothing about this, despite the glowing claims at purchase, and sent me numerous e-mails calling me "a baby" and threatening me with a collection agency if my credit card company stopped payment. These guys are not interested in honest business, but are bent on bullying their customers.
