My elderly mother bought the contract last year for her Jeep Compass. Her transmission went out and was taken to the shop on the 20th of May. By 830 am that morning my dealership called and told me that they had contacted the Wheelz warranty company and they had 24 to 48 to send a contracted inspector out. That of course did not happen. The vehicle wasnt inspected for nearly 3 days which is a breach of contract and puts her without a vehicle for longer than it should have been. Then the shop called to inform me that a used trans. was being shipped by wheels. They jus User's recommendation: Don’t buy any of their products. They will rip you off.
