Continuing interruptions to movies purchased

I called 3 times, was on hold for an average of 30 minutes, cut off twice. Tried a third time and got a message saying to contact vudu during normal business hours. If this is how VUDU wants to treat its customers, I think they can reimburse me for the over 140 movies I've purchased, and cancel my account. Their customer service is very poor. I think they cut me off because it was close to quitting time and didn't want to work over on my issues with the interruptions with play back of these movies that I purchased from fandango now. User's recommendation: Don't go to vudu.
