Continued to charge me for a returned instrument

I rented a violin for my daughter at the beginning of the school year in 2018 and then returned it in January of 2019 (4 months later), because I had bought my daughter a violin for Christmas. I only just realized that they continued to charge me for the next year and a half even though they admitted to me that their records indicated that the instrument had been moved to another store in June of 2018 (so obviously I was no longer renting it). When I called to complain, I spoke with a woman in customer service that would noteven let me explain the situation, and refused to let me speak with her supervisor. She was, hands down, the rudest customer serve rep I have ever delt with. Beware of this company. Find out from the store you rent from who they use and if it is Music & Arts, then do not rent your instrument there. Shady company indeed!
