Continued Issues and no-one in management to talk to.

I have been having continued issues with signal dropping several times a day. I have tried to speak with someone other than customer service regarding these issues. I have had 3 guys check my internal wiring and have determined the problem to be on their lines. However, each time you call they want to send another guy out to check the house. Then, they want me to upgrade my speed on a system that does not work correctly. Unless you have multiple hours to spend on the phone, do not even call customer service. This company is a joke. User's recommendation: Look at other internet options.
