While trying to fix my credit to buy a car I settled with these insane predators. I got 2 letters from them stating my account was satisfied and closed. 2 THEY STILL CALL 3-5 TIMES A WEEK!!! I contacted my state Attorney Generals office. These leeches said in emails that they closed my case and weren't calling BS!!! I provided the case worker with my phone records. Again PR said they weren't calling. I have contacted that AG person twice since then because it STILL 6 months later hasn't stopped. This company is psychotic. They tell you its settled and they won't be calling but still do. Not even the AG can stop them. Your first call from them is the first of thosands. Not even a settled and closed account will stop these bottom feeding sumbags. User's recommendation: Nothing you can do but block the 1000 phone numbers they use.
